Medical University of Lodz (MUL), located Kosciuszki 4, 90-419 Lodz, Poland with the support of The Foundation for the Medical University of Lodz (FUMED),located Pl. gen. J. Hallera 1, 90–647 Lodz, Poland as partner, on behalf of The International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE), located 12 rue du Val d’Osne, 94410 Saint-Maurice France (HQ) – c/o École de Santé Publique, Université de Montréal, 7101 Ave du Parc, Montréal, QC H3N 1X9 CANADA and the Society for Theory and Research on Salutogenesis www.stars-society.org organize two conferences from June 17–20.06.2024:

1. The 12^th IUHPE European Conference on Health Promotion is organized 17.06–18.06.2024
2. The 7^th Salutogenesis Conference is organized 19.06–20.06.2024

• The participant agrees to complete the online registration form with current, complete and accurate information.
• The participant makes payment of the registration fees by credit card or by bank transfer. Delegate covers yourself the bank and/or credit card charges, if applicable
• Changes to the invoice, such as adding a VAT number or changes in the name or address, are possible but will be charged with € 30 administrative fees.

The Participant gives consent for her/his personal data to be processed for the registration and conference management purposes as well as for sending information  in connection with the conference only.  All the personal data shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. The personal data shall not be shared with any third parties without the Participant’s written consent.

During both Conferences photos will be taken by a professional photographer and may be published as a photo gallery on conference’s website and used for promotional purpose during and after conference/s. If you do not want to have your any pictures published, contact iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl.

1. There is a separate fee for the two sub-conferences. Discount for attending both conferences is included.  
2. Registration is completed and confirmed if the full payment has been received. If payment is not received in a due time, the registration is cancelled.
3. Cancellation of paid and unpaid registrations should be made in writing to: iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl

Cancellation charges: 

• Until March 15, 2024:  Bank and credit card charges is refundable but refund the will be reduced by 50€ administrative fees;  
• Until May 16, 2024: 50% refund ;  
• After May 17, 2024: No refund. 
• Early Career Researcher/PHD Students/Students can register and obtain reduced early career rate. The proof of full-time status is necessary to get a discount.  
• A reduced rate of conference fee is provided for the IUHPE’s member (individuals and institutions). The IUHPE’s member active status will be confirmed by IUHPE. The number of representatives of institutional members who can avail of the reduced rate depends on the level of membership. National members who are former trustees may register up to 20 representatives at the reduced rate. Other national members may register up to seven representatives, and academic/regional members may register up to three representatives at the same rate.  

The Certificate/s of attendance for each conference will be generated in Pdf and sent out to participants via e-mail.
