Festive conference dinner

18/06/2024 (Tuesday), 8 p.m.

Includes a three-course dinner. The menu combines Polish tradition with modern inspirations.
The venue is the White Factory – one of the most important symbols of old Łódź and its textile history. Here the first mechanized cotton spinning and weaving mill in Łódź was established. The first steam engine in the city was launched in the White Factory, and as a result, the first factory chimney was also built here. Now it’s a seat of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź.

Salutogenesis conference dinner

Includes a three-course dinner at Farina Bianco restaurant.
#FARINA #BIANCO – two main motifs: #FLOUR, as an ingredient of many dishes, symbolizing a casual atmosphere and a shared feast, and #WHITE color – predominant on the walls, rhythmically harmonizing with the kitchen, friendly service and the industrial character of the interiors.
