Mikołaj Gurdała

Mikołaj Gurdała is a high-level senior expert in the field of future of medicine and innovations in healthcare with extensive experience in EU funds, technology transfer and R&D. He has considerable expertise of international affairs and cross-sectoral cooperation at pan-European and regional level.

At IQVIA, Mikołaj Gurdała holds EMEA Strategic Business Development Lead role and is responsible for payers, providers, and governmental affairs, including innovation projects with hospitals and research sector in Central and Eastern Europe. He is also responsible for site engagement with DIGICORE Institute in the area of precision and digital medicine in cancer. Before moving to EMEA team, he has been leading IQVIA Payers, Providers and Government business in Poland. He was also involved in the strategic initiatives such as Warsaw Health Innovation Hub.

Before joining IQVIA, Mikołaj Gurdała was Innovation Manager and Ecosystem Lead for Poland at EIT Health, as well as a CEO and co-founder of Flavopharma, and a director for Research, Strategies and Development at the Medical University of Łódź.
