Regulations for paying fees for participation in scientific conferences 12th European Conference on Health Promotion and 7th International Conference on Salutogenesis in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of June 24, 2014, Item 827)
I. General provisions

here in after referred to as the “Seller” is the owner of the website https://iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl.
The Foundation for the Medical University of Lodz (Fumed for short) is the organizer of the 12th European Conference on Health Promotion and the 7th International Conference on Salutogenesis, which will be held in Łódź on June 17-18, 2024, and June 19-20, 2024, respectively.
The condition for participation in the above-mentioned services is the payment of the conference fee. Detailed information on specific participation fees is available on the conference website, in the “Fees” tab: https://iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl/for-participants/fees.
II. Payment methods
Payments for conferences can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Online payments on behalf of the Seller are handled and secured by PayU S.A. The Seller’s website receives only information about the transaction status, while the Seller does not receive information about the card number or the CVV code used to authorize the card.
III. Service cancellation and refund
The conference fee can be withdrawn within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs in accordance with Art. 27 of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30/05/2014.
In addition:
- until March 15, 2024, the conference fee is refundable minus a handling fee of €50,
- from March 16, 2024 to May 16, 2024, the conference fee is refundable in half (50%),
- in case of later resignation from participation in the conference, the fee is not refundable.
Information about resignation together with a request for a refund (information in the content of the e-mail) should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl.
IV. Complaints
A complaint may be submitted via e-mail to iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl.
The content of the complaint should include the following content: name and surname of the participant, company name (if applicable), e-mail address, telephone number, reason for the complaint and precise indication of the manner and scope of the violation, if possible, presentation of evidence to support the legitimacy of the complaint.
Consideration of the complaint takes place immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form and content.
The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address from which it was sent.
V. Data protection
The participant agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of registering and handling the conference and sending information only in connection with the conference. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data will not be made available to third parties without the written consent of the Participant.

VI. Final Provisions
By placing an order via the iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl website, the buyer/conference participant declares that he has read the Regulations and accepts its terms in full.

I. Postanowienia ogólne

zwana dalej „Sprzedającym” jest właścicielem strony internetowej https://iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl/.
Fundacja dla Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Łodzi (w skrócie Fumed) jest organizatorem konferencji 12th European Conference on Health Promotion oraz 7th International Conference on Salutogenesis, które odbędą się w łodzi, odpowiednio 17-18 czerwca 2024 r, i 19-20 czerwca 2024 r.
Warunkiem udziału w w/w usługach jest wniesienie opłaty konferencyjnej. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące konkretnych opłat związanych z uczestnictwem, są zamieszczone na stronie internetowej konferencji, w zakładce „Fees”: https://iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl/for-participants/fees/.
II. Formy płatności
Opłaty za konferencje mogą być dokonywane przelewem bankowym, kartą kredytową, za pomocą Apple Pay lub Google Pay.
Internetowe płatności w imieniu Sprzedającego obsługuje i zabezpiecza firma PayU S.A. Do strony internetowej Sprzedającego dociera wyłącznie informacja o statusie transakcji, przy czym Sprzedający nie otrzymuje informacji o numerze karty, ani o kodzie CVV, używanym do autoryzacji karty.
III. Rezygnacja z usługi i zwrot opłaty
Opłatę konferencyjną można wycofać w ciągu 14 dni bez podawania przyczyny i bez ponoszenia kosztów zgodnie z Art. 27 Ustawy o prawach konsumenta z 30.05.2014 r.
Ponadto:
- do 15 marca 2024 r. opłata konferencyjna podlega zwrotowi za potrąceniem opłaty manipulacyjnej w wysokości 50€,
- od 16 marca 2024 r. do 16 maja 2024 r. opłata konferencyjna podlega zwrotowi w połowie (50%),
- w przypadku późniejszej rezygnacji z udziału w konferencji, opłata nie podlega zwrotowi.
Informację o rezygnacji wraz z wnioskiem o zwrot opłaty (informacja w treści maila), należy zgłaszać mailowo na adres: iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl.
IV. Reklamacje
Reklamacja może zostać złożona za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres iuhpeconference@umed.lodz.pl.
W treści zgłoszenia reklamacyjnego należy wskazać następującą treść: imię i nazwisko uczestnika, nazwę firmy (jeśli dotyczy), adres e-mail, numer telefonu, przyczynę reklamacji i dokładne wskazanie sposobu i zakresu naruszenia, w razie możliwości, przedstawienie dowodu na poparcie zasadność reklamacji.
Rozpatrzenie reklamacji następuje niezwłocznie, lecz nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od daty jej otrzymania w prawidłowej postaci i o prawidłowej treści.
Odpowiedź na reklamację jest udzielana na adres e-mail, z którego została wysłana.
V. Data protection
Uczestnik wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych w celu rejestracji i obsługi konferencji oraz przesyłania informacji wyłącznie w związku z konferencją. Wszelkie dane osobowe będą przetwarzane zgodnie z Ogólnym Rozporządzeniem o Ochronie Danych Osobowych. Dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane podmiotom trzecim bez pisemnej zgody Uczestnika.

VI. Postanowienia końcowe
Kupujący/uczestnik konferencji, składając zamówienie za pomocą strony iuhpeconferences24.umed.pl, oświadcza, że zapoznał się z treścią Regulaminu i akceptuje jego warunki w całości.
